Residential Cleaning Policy/Client Agreement
J&M's Partners In Gryme gladly serves the following areas of Western Massachusetts; Russell, Westfield, Montgumery, Westhampton, Easthampton, Southampton, Huntington, Chester, Southwick, Agawam, West Springfield, Holyoke, Blandford, and Granville.
We also serve the following areas of; Springfield, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Chicopee, South Hadley, Ludlow, Worthington, Otis, and Northamton with a travel fee of $15
Payment
Payments are expected on the day of service in the form of cash, check, or money order. Please make checks or money orders out to Melissa Brown. If payment is not received within seven days, we will add a 15% late fee to the price of service. A $25 fee is applied for all returned checks.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
If you make an appointment and are unable to keep it or you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies arise unexpectedly sometimes. We reserve the right to charge $35 if we receive less than 24 hours notice. Please be courteous to our staff and cancel if there is any sickness, such as fever or vomiting in your household so we do not pass it along to others. If you need to reschedule your service to another day of the week, we will make every attempt to reschedule. Please let us know within 24 hours if this is needed.
Hours/Availability
We have a 24 hour answering service. You may get our voice mail. We will return all phone calls the same day.
We are closed on the following holidays; New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Inclement weather
In case of inclement weather, if we have to cancel your appointment you will receive a timely phone call and we will reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible.
Lockout Policy
If we cannot gain entrance into your home, the first time it's on us. Any time after that however, you will be billed ½ of your normal rate.
Safety
Due to safety reasons, J&M's Partners In Gryme employees will not be allowed to climb higher than a 3 foot ladder. We DO NOT clean up Biohazard materials such as blood, vomit, human or animal feces. We reserve the right to leave a home at any time if we feel our personal safety is in danger from either another person or animal.
J&M's Partners In Gryme strives to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 12 hours with the problem that needs to be addressed and we will be glad to go back and fix the problem at no additional charge.
